Step 1. Access Canva

・Access the official Canva website ( https://www.canva.com/ ).
・Create a free account (Google account etc. is OK).

Step 2. Choose a business card template

Type "business card" into Canva's search bar.
Choose your favorite design from a wide range of templates.
You can freely change the colors and fonts.

Step 3. Edit your business card design

Click on the text in the template
Name
Company name and department name
Address, phone number, email address
Enter something like:

Canva also makes it easy to adjust the placement of photos and logos with drag and drop.

Step 4. Download the PDF data

Click the "Share" button on the top right and select "Download."
Change the file format to "PDF (Print)".
In the options, turn on "Add crop marks and bleed" and save.
This PDF is the official data for printing.

Step 5. Upload to our website

From the "Data Upload" section on the business card order page,
Please attach the PDF file you downloaded earlier.
Before printing, our staff will check the contents and provide you with an idea of ​​the finished product.
