- Printing at our company (Sustain) is created based on the customer's data information, so we do not accept design changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
Please note that there may be slight differences in the finished product when comparing the printing data with the actual product.
・ Particularly large painting areas (solid colors)
- In designs with gradations, etc., there may be discrepancies in the color finish.
・ There may be slight misalignment during cutting, and misalignment of 3mm or less will be considered a good product. Therefore, please avoid designs that involve borders or left and right alignment, as misalignment will be very noticeable.
- Depending on the display settings of your computer, smartphone, tablet, etc., there may be differences in the colour of the actual product and the colour it appears on your screen.
・We do not accept exchanges, returns, or re-production of products due to differences between the color you see on your screen and the actual color of the product. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

- Colors are adjusted before printing.
- Please be aware that there may be color differences within the same lot due to the characteristics and method of the printing machine.
- When printing on both sides, the print position on the front and back may be off by ±1 mm.
Produced using on-demand printing.
- The printing method is toner printing (CMYK).

- On-demand printing machines apply heat to the paper to press the color in, so the paper may warp during the process of applying heat to the paper.
・Colors are not stable each time due to various factors, such as printer maintenance, seasonal changes in temperature and humidity, and the condition of the printing paper. Please be aware that color differences may occur within the same lot.
- Large solid paint or flat mesh areas may have unevenness.
- Because colors are expressed using CMYK ink toner, we cannot print RGB colors or special colors (DIC, etc.), which have different printing formats.
- Data submitted in RGB will be converted to CMYK.
- When printing on both sides, there may be slight misalignment in the printing position.
- Even if you reprint using the same data, we cannot guarantee that the finished color will be 100% the same as the previous color.

- Because cutting is done by machine, cutting misalignment will occur.
- Regarding cutting misalignment, we consider anything within ±3mm to be within the acceptable range.

- Slight warping may occur due to temperature and humidity during processing, but minor warping is within the acceptable range.

- Printing colors may be uneven.
- In solid printing, unevenness may occur depending on the paper, printing color, temperature, humidity, etc.
・Please note that uneven color in solid print is not covered by the warranty.
*Please note that navy blue colors are particularly prone to color unevenness.
- Designs that use gradients may experience "tone jumps."
- Due to the characteristics of printing machines, it is difficult to always print in exactly the same color.
Please note that even if you reprint using the same data, there may be slight differences in color.
・Please note that the color of the print may change depending on the environment, such as seasonal temperature and humidity.
